Lisa is a phenomenal Author, Mental Health Advocate and has been in some of the most iconic films of all time, from Mrs.Doubtfire to Independence Day she really is an icon!
Lisa joins me for a waffle about why she made the decision to leave hollywood and focus on her Mental Health, she is now on a mission to encourage others to look after themselves and has written a series of incredible books which I highly recommend checking out!
We also have a waffle about the absolute legend that is Robin Williams and how he inspired her journey
This was up there with one of my favourite Waffles of all time so I really hope you enjoy it!
