We have a waffle about all things music, mental health and Jack even treats me to a beautiful rendition of a Pitbull Song!
I need to give this episode a bit of a trigger warning as Jack opens up very honestly about his mental health journey and how he wants others to know that its ok to struggle but more importantly its ok to ask for help when you need it
We have a waffle about his brilliant album Love, Death & Dancing which was actually the soundtrack to a tough time in my life so it was an honour to hear the inspiration and creative journey!
