This week I'm joined by the incredible Charlie Powell. The DJ, Presenter and KISS FM Legend joins me for a very open and honest waffle about her own mental health journey. Charlie opens up about her severe Anxiety from such a young age alongside a battle with Health Anxiety. Charlie very honestly discusses her experiences with Therapy and how now she can look back and see the positive impact reaching out and getting help has had.
