Seb joins me for a waffle about all things music, mental health, and his favorite curry!
You may recognize Seb from the BBC Three reality TV show Go Hard or Go Home, where he faced some of the most intense physical and mental challenges ever!
When I watched the show, I was instantly drawn to Seb's journey, as it resonated a lot with my own. Seb signed up for the show after losing his beautiful Mum to a battle with cancer. Seb opens up about his journey so far, his grief, his vulnerabilities, and why it's ok for us lads to show emotion.
This episode is a powerful one; I laughed, cried, and felt nothing but inspired from my waffle with him and the story behind the show that 'changed his life forever'.
