Chef Barbora (Bára) Šimůnková owns Leaf Restaurant in Prague. She has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in New York City, like Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernardin and Per Se. We had an incredible meal of Leaf, and then Bára and I spoke about her history as a chef, food culture in Prague and the greater Czech Republic, and much more.
