Panther Metals is acquiring the Winston project in Canada in a three-way deal with First Quantum and ASX-listed Frontier Energy. The project boasts a four-year old feasibility study which shows EBITDA above C$60 million per year over a potential 8.5 year life. It also comes with huge exploration upside.
