Bush for opening the floodgates to government surveillance and overreach with the Patriot Act and the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. As the film points out, it was Senator Chuck Schumer who called out the power of the Intelligence community, “You take on the intelligence community, and they have six ways from Sunday to getting back at you.”
