This week I have an extremely special guest on the podcast, my beautiful Aunty- Ali Kay. Ali has been a huge part of my life and somebody who has always understood me, even when I didn’t understand myself. We have always felt like the rainbow sheep within a very religious family. Ali’s story is so real, honest and something I’m sure so many people can relate to. Navigating family, religion, generational traumas, being able to communicate with Spirit and her own taught beliefs.
