In this episode, we look back at a Research Refresh by Ané Lloyd. There are many parallels that can be drawn between canine and human osteoarthritis. Strengthening can provide a significant improvement in function and pain perception in patients with knee and hip OA. This review looks at the human literature available and compares it to what can be achieved in the canine.
