Reviews are incredibly important for you and your practice because they provide social proof for potential clients that your practice is the place to go. In this episode, I talk about how to engage your current clients so that you can rack up positive reviews and drive new clients by providing the feedback they need to choose your practice. I also talk about some pretty cool tricks on how to encourage reviews by using retargeting and google adwords placements. I will show you how to deal with negative reviews as well.
