April Fools' Day brings no jokes from the weather as Vermont faces a complex weather situation with both flood warnings and winter weather advisories in effect statewide. We're dealing with rain this morning that will transition to snow at higher elevations later today. Right now at 5 A.M., we're sitting at 54 degrees with rain falling across most of Vermont.
