I have always equated the success of the plant based alternatives market with the success of the vegan cause. If more tasty products come replacing meat, dairy and egg, than veganism is winning. Or is it? Today's guest, Miyoko Schinner, vegan icon and successful entrepreneur, made me think twice about that assumption.
