We kick off the holiday season with a returning guest of the show: An Pham, the entrepreneur behind Bodhi Gourmet, BOÏDA Outwear and, of course, The Vegan Christmas Market! What I offer you today is a behind the scene look into the organization of this once a year event that gathers vegan entrepreneurs from everywhere. But, more than that, I want use this episode to promote the idea of bringing carnists to vegan events. To show them how plant based food is far from being boring, bland or tasteless. To show them that vegans are real ordinary people,.,not social media meme! And allowing them the opportunity to understand you better.
So for this holiday season, find a carnist friend or family member, take their hand, and drag them to the nearest vegan event.
