In this episode we learn how the biggest vegan bodybuilder, Ryan Nelson, works out in order to put on 250 lbs of vegan muscle, while getting in the single digits for his body fat percentage. He is going to share his muscle building workout strategies and his pre-competition fat shredding routine.

Ryan Nelson is currently the biggest professional vegan bodybuilder in the world. He is from Big Horn, Wyoming. He played professional indoor football for the Fairbanks Grizzlies. He's the founder of Alpha Fitness in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since Thanksgiving of 2012, he's been cold-turkey vegan.

In 2013 he received the personal trainer of the year award in Minneapolis.

He has placed in the top 3 in numerous NPC shows.
