It's December 10, and there are only 21 days left of 2012. Once January 1st rolls around, gyms all over the nation become packed to the gills. Then, by March, they are empty again.
Why? Most people who make a resolution to get in the best shape of their life begin their change in January and by March they are burned out.
Most people burn out because of 2 reasons, 1) they get very little results, 2) they can't sustain the effort they put in to get the little results they achieved.
I offer a better solution, and that's to get your metabolism up as high as possible before January 1st, so your vegan fat burning furnace can destroy as much fat as possible right from the start, and sustain it all the way to summer so you can have the best looking, fittest, body you possibly can by summer.
