Derek Tresize is a 2 time vegan bodybuilding champion, co-owner of Root Force Personal Training in Richmond, VA, and the co-founder of VeganMuscleAndFitness.com. He is an ACE certified personal trainer and holds a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. He is also known for being one of the most muscular vegans to achieve his physique on a 100% plant-based diet.
