Show Notes

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about my experience with postnatal depression - one of the hardest and loneliest times of my life. I’ll never forget the way I was treated postpartum, and looking back, I realize how little awareness there was around me about what I was going through. This conversation is raw and real, because it’s something we need to talk about more. So many new mums struggle in silence, and I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when those around you don’t understand. That’s why I’m now so passionate about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and making sure no mother feels unseen or unheard. If you’re a new mum, know someone who is, or just want to understand postnatal mental health better - this episode is for you. Let’s change the conversation and make sure no mother goes through this alone  Join my online group healing 13/3/25 here: https://linktr.ee/davinarankin?utm_source=linktree_admin_share
