He played his college football at the University of California, and since joining the NFL in 2005, has spent time with the Panthers, Redskins, Cardinals, and Raiders. He's a two time Pro Bowler, and last year was a second team All Pro. Twice recognized as his team’s Walter Payton Man of the Year, he's also received the Athletes in Action Call to Courage Award.
