BIO:

Benjamin Watson spent 15 seasons in the NFL as a tight end, winning a Super Bowl with the Patriots. He retired in 2020 and is now a college football analyst on the SEC Network. The author of two books, Under Our Skin and The New Dad's Playbook, Benjamin is also VP of Strategic Relationships for the Human Coalition, an activist, speaker, podcast host, and co-founder of the One More Foundation.
