One of the most important meditation practises is the art of simply being. Letting go of controlling, striving and problem solving can help you relax fully into the present moment.

In this meditation you will quieten down your Default Mode Network parts of the brain which can create your distracted mind and switch on your Central Executive Network for a more focused, present way of being.   Keep this type of practise up to develop a deeper sense of intuition and clarity.
