I’m so excited to bring this conversation with Lieutenant Colonel Oakland McCulloch to you. LTC McCulloch is a retired U.S. Army officer, and together we dig into the origins of modern-day emotional leadership. We trace its origins to military styled leadership, and reflect on how that has come to characterize modern day leadership philosophy. We also consider why the modern military has made a switch towards emotionally intelligent leadership, and why it is that the corporate world has not seen a shift to the same degree.
