In today’s solo episode, I share my insights about the Impact Driven Leader book of the month, The Vision Driven Leader, by Michael Hyatt. Throughout the podcast series, there have been a number of pivotal books - books that the IDL roundtable have gotten tremendous value out of, and The Vision Driven Leader is certainly one of them. It makes a fine distinction between mission and vision, and asks readers to consider what the meaning of those principles are for them, whilst explaining why they are so important for a leader’s philosophy.
