Today, I have the pleasure of interviewing Eric Wood, a NFL alumni, retired athlete, and the current color commentator for the Buffalo Bills. We discuss Eric’s experiences in leadership; as, in the space of a day, he went from playing at the highest professional level to being told, “you’re done”. Eric has overcome a difficult transition, and ultimately made a success of it - which he and I reflect on across the episode.
