Show Notes
On this weeks episode we're joined by Irish Thai Boxing champion Aaron McGahey and Gillian Butler.
Aaron speaks about a condition he has called Ulcerative colitis, which Gillian also suffers from, which is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that causes inflammation and ulcers in your digestive tract, your large intestine (colon) and rectum.
During the conversation Aaron speaks of his struggles with Ulcerative colitis, how it affected his day to day life and how he manages to perform as a top athlete with the condition while taking no medication.
Big thank you to Aaron and Gillian for sharing their stories and we wish Aaron all the best with the rest of his already impressive Thai Boxing career.
