Frank talks to us about growing up in the 70s getting involved in crime at a young age, with his first conviction at 9 years old. He discusses his history of substance misuse, prison sentence and his journey to recovery.
Frank is now on the front line, supporting people in the hidden areas of our City, gain access to services required. He also plays a vital role in keeping the street safe and clear from drug litter.
