Charles is a servant leader that has nineteen years in public education, nine years as a classroom teacher and football coach, six years as a head boys track coach, five years as an assistant principal and this year makes his sixth year as a building principal. Charles has a M.S. degree in Engineering and Technology Management and a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a multiple time bestselling author for his collaborative work in Black Men Love, The Winning Mindset and The Impact Of Influence Volume 1, 2, 4 and 5. Charles takes pride in having a positive mindset and being a motivational mentor, coach and speaker. He is married to his beautiful wife Celena Woods and has two daughters Courtney and Chelsea.
