Kane Cornes is a 300 game AFL Premiership star. He won 4 BnF's, was a 2 x All Australian and was known for how hard he worked. From this chat I think it's obvious Kane is so successful because of his unrelenting work ethic and expectations he puts on himself. He doesn't settle for mediocre. Post footy he's become an exceptional runner and one of the biggest names in Australian sports media as a host, analyst and agenda setter.
