Show Notes
In this episode, Alex Sarama and the 2022/23 College Prep coaching staff discuss the mission and legacy of the College Prep Italy program. They discuss a variety of topics from the importance of creating a transformational environment, the application of an ecological dynamics approach, and some of their favorite practice activities from the season.
The overarching theme is how Prep existed as a tool for continuous learning and experimentation. Alex, Dani, Jonas, Adam and Jon also provide some practical ideas as to how evidence-based approaches were practically incorporated at Prep.
