In episode 326, Steve talks about the things you can do around your home to prevent mold and mycotoxin concerns. The #1 thing that you should have in your home are humidity gauges. They aren't expensive and you can monitor the humidity. The humidity levels should remain below 60% to prevent mold colonization.
