THE THESIS: You have a right to refuse to be ventilated. You have a right to refuse Remdesivir. If a hospital sedates you without informing you, THEN shoved Remdesivir into your veins, THEN ventilates you against your will when your oxygen levels are at [correction: 98%], and then eventually kill you with these actions, in my opinion, that is murder. When hospital staff ADMIT they KNOW these actions WILL NOT HELP and that they are only doing it to save their jobs, then it is PREMEDITATED MURDER, in my opinion.
