Wade Lightheart, world champion body builder and co-founder of Bioptimizers joins me. The first time I met Wade, I wanted him to come on the podcast. I have developed what we evangelicals call a “burden” for young men; I think in part because of how I have stumbled through life and made significant mistakes. Wade Lightheard grew up desperately poor, but always knew that with work, he could reach his dreams and goals. He shares very specific advice for young men and how to have a life that matters.
