Last night, Wisconsin elected Judge Susan Crawford to become our next state supreme court justice. Trygve Olson of The Lincoln Project joins us to give his take on this election and what it means for Wisconsinites. There’s a national narrative that this election was a referendum on Elon Musk meddling in politics, but Trygve doesn’t believe this to be the sole factor that decided the outcome.
At the bottom of the hour, former Republican State Senate Majority Leader Dale Schultz joins Todd and Trygve to talk about the political moment we find ourselves in after yesterday’s election. Schultz believes that Wisconsinites are getting sick of how the Trump administration is mistreating our allies and veterans alike.
