In this episode, I have the privilege to interview Jenn Malecha who is going to talk with you about her her health journey, her thyroid and weight loss journey too. We will dive into conversations and Jenn will share her knowledge with her extensive background. First, Jenn is a power woman. She has so much training and so much experience under her belt. Jenn has over a decade of personal training experience which includes training in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, transformational coaching and a BS in Kinesiology. She's really working to personalize health programs for her clients and give the real sustainable, long lasting results because that's really the only way to do it.
