Aging, you can't stop it, but you can certainly do things to try and slow down the process and try to look and feel as good as you possibly can for as long as you can.
I'm telling you, with hypothyroidism, the hair loss, dry skin, flat out sucks! Many of my patients main complaints are with their hair loss and skin issues. Of course these issues all tie back to a non-optimized thyroid and unbalanced hormones.
