The HUGE impact of IODINE... This topic is so controversial in the thyroid world. There are definitely two sides of the coin with this topic. Let me shed some light on iodine and its curious impact on healing in numerous health conditions, illnesses, and diseases.
For thyroid care, iodine has potential to be a natural Hashimoto's/hypothyroidism cure, support, or an imperative piece to the puzzle as a T4 to T3 conversion factor. We can say that iodine can help reverse horrendous hypothyroidism symptoms naturally or be a helpful factor even if you are on medication for hypothyroidism.
