On this episode, Michael Bounds talks to Brandie Brown about her experience buying a house with him in 2019, then needing to sell and build a new home in 2020. Brandie bought a home with stairs in 2019, but after getting guardianship of her grandmother who couldn't go up stairs, she needed to find a home that would accommodate her grandmother. She was able to sell her home for a profit after owning it for just over a year, and started building the perfect home for herself in the process. As someone who works in healthcare, she talks about how nurses being in higher demand helped her generate even more income this year that helped her with her down payment on her new home.
