On this episode, Tony and Dionne Harvey talk about how they transitioned from renting to buying a home. They share how frustrated they were getting throwing money away towards someone else's equity without being able to build their own. They considered buying an existing home, but after living in rentals for a while, they felt like a new home without any problems that could pop up was the right direction for them. They explain how the biggest hurdle to get over is how hard it feels like building a home will be, but that with the guidance Michael provided, they were able to get exactly what they wanted.
