The Alternative Board is literally an alternative to a board of directors for privately owned companies. They offer services, mentorships, coaching, facilitation, education, and resources for privately owned businesses within the 2 to 70 million range. TAB creates boards of advisors made up of 7 to 10 peers that also run companies within the same range. There are monthly board meetings along with one on one meetings for more pressing issues. They also offer access to both proprietary and third party tools.
