March Madness is a (YAWN) wrap. Greed has officially killed college sports. The Tigers are not off to the start we wanted now that we care to talk about them here LOL. But this week, its all about The Masters. Our first major of the year and time for the GOAT contributors to pick em with us AND bring us a new, master class in music play lists. Trust me, this one is worth the listen...

March Madness has been crazy mad! We walk through the Sweet 18 and Elite plus preview the Final Four and Finals. Golf had an epic comeback story. We're adding the Tigers to the mix. The mailbag was overflowing. We've got our next golf major playlist idea picked so come back next week for a mix of Masters and Music.

We're down to the Sweet 16 and what a ride it has been so far. Classic games up and down but no major upsets. Is Cinderella dead with NIL and the portal? Mmhmm. But still, let's celebrate a record six Big Ten teams in and some of the instant classics that were... plus a little golf and this plus that.

Pinch me... not because it's St. Patty's Day but because the greatest three weeks in sports is upon us! Let the Madness begin. As is customary, Ryan and I go all in on full bracket analysis in our deepest, most analytical, longest pod of the year. Maybe it will help you win a bracket contest... maybe it won't! I even let AI take all my metrics this year and give me its picks. It's time... let the Madness begin!

We are just days away from the most glorious three weeks in sports - March Madness. A lot of crazy going on in the wide world of sports from more M scandals and bad news (it will bite them eventually), to bid stealers, Team USA chocking in the whatever that tournament is called, golf triumphs and failures and more. We've got you locked and loaded with plenty from the B1G and more so lend us an hour - you won't be disappointed.

March is upon us and that is about all you need in sport these days. BUT there was Lions news, plenty of MSU to catch up on, a golf flop leading into two great non-major weekends. Basketball is on the dial 24-7... what more do you need in life right now except open golf courses and temps in the 60s!

March is nigh and hoops is heating up. The NCAA Selection Committee unveiled it's top 16 seeds and a slew went and lost. This is why March is mad. Let's just hope they don't screw it up for real. But it wasn't just a great week of hoops, Team USA wins hockey gold for the first time since 1980 and goes full patriot in the process. The golf has been pure theater. It's a great time to be a sports fan. Not you NBA. Not you NFL. Yes you hockey and golf and kinda, sorta men's college hoops...

Football may be finished but never fear, full time hoops is here. Except the NBA. HARD PASS. And golf is already glorious. From a comeback story (albeit in LIV) to an outstanding Sunday at Pebble. Plenty to weigh in on as March inches closer...

And with that, football season is finished. And boy was it a lame finish to the season. Except the K9 MVP, which is a just due after he got screwed for the Heisman... but we digress. Big Ten hoops is heating up. The two best teams in hockey went toe to toe with the Spartans snagging 4 of 6 weekend points. Golf is already getting good too. And March is just around the corner!

It's Groundhog's Day, and like the movie it feels like we're stuck in a repeating time capsule filled with incessant nonsense from our friends down the street. We get plenty into a great college basketball game but not before a double podium calling a spade a spade. We talk some Big Game, who's got "it" in the Big Ten this year, a little golf, a little MSU hockey, and more...

And then there were two. Is this Super Bowl exciting to you or nah? College hoops is heating up and has plenty more ridiculousness OFF the court to fire us up. Golf is back and so is Scottie. Man is a machine. Detroit sports teams are rolling, the Spartans are rolling, we just need to get the weather to behave...

We've crowned the most incredible national champion in NCAA football history. We're down to four in the NFL. Golf has teed off. College hoops is hitting its stride. The NCAA still sucks at its job while waiting to play a political game of chicken instead. I'd say there is plenty to cover this week in the TFS pod...

Football is on fire right now... the CFP is down to the finals and perhaps the greatest season (and already turnaround) in college football history. CBB is lighting up too with things getting super interesting in the Big Ten. Golf starts this week (jealous, I wanna play) and so much continues with transfer portal, coaching changes, and more...

We've passed the sports equinox and entered CBB season! Things are as fixed and strange as ever in the world of sports. ESPN/Disney is stiffing its fans. Our teams are on the struggle bus. It's not a great time to be a sports fan to be honest, unless you're a Dodgers fan. The good news is Big Ten hoops previews start on the pod this week!

Is it just us or is it getting tiring being a sport fan? Scandals, horrid officiating, at the mercy of the TV people, not to mention barely showing up against a rival. It's all... just... exhausting. The good news is? CBB start SOON!

It was an agonizing week to be a state of Michigan sport fan. The A-word adjectives have set in for Andy while Ryan rants about the state of State. So much going on around the NFL, CFB, and beyond. Stop reading... just listen!

We've got Lions and Tigers and Spartans... oh my. Good on the Lions. Good on the Tigers. But about those Spartans? Eesh. Lots of takes on the Jonathan Smith experiment in EL - mostly bad. Tons going on in the Big Ten and CFB at large so without further ado, pull up a chair, grab a brew and stew with us.

The Tigers are off the rails and on the brink. The Ryder Cup was a disaster. CFB saw 3-4-5 lose, two at home. No MSU to pick apart but the Lions stayed the course. It was an interesting week in sports and we're here to break it all down...
