Fire weather conditions have Texas on high alert today with 56 weather warnings statewide. Red flag warnings and fire weather watches stretch from the Panhandle down through Central Texas, with winds gusting up to 55 miles per hour creating dangerous conditions for any outdoor burning. This morning starts warm at 60 degrees, but temperatures will climb quickly through the afternoon.
