Dense fog and flooding concerns are impacting multiple regions across Texas this Monday morning, with visibility dropping to a quarter mile or less in some areas. The Dense Fog Advisory remains in effect for portions of the Gulf Coast and South Texas, while flood warnings continue for several counties. This morning started mild at 66 degrees.
