"Close your eyes. Leave your body behind. Now — prove to yourself that you can be everywhere and nowhere at once."
Have you ever felt yourself watching… yourself?
That fleeting second where you’re both the dreamer and the dreamed?

Astral projection is an esoteric, or spiritual, practice and belief that your consciousness can leave your physical body in a "subtle" body to travel through the "astral plane," a non-physical realm. Proponents describe it as a conscious out-of-body experience (OBE), while scientific perspectives view these experiences as hallucinations or effects of neurological conditions, rather than literal soul travel.
It is conversations like this episode that fuel me & encourage me to be open, explore and see and experience life and where it will take me.
You've got this.
