Your midday Tennessee weather update
Fire weather concerns take center stage across Tennessee today as a Special Weather Statement remains in effect. Very dry air combined with breezy south to southwest winds creates conditions where any spark could spread rapidly, particularly from midday through evening hours. This morning started cool with temperatures around 57 degrees at 7 A.M., but we're climbing quickly under mostly sunny skies.
