Show Notes

We can talk about acceptance at many different levels, acceptance of situations, acceptance of other people and how they are, self-acceptance.  When I myself or anyone else talks about acceptance as in just accept it, I think sometimes we can gloss over the frustration of acceptance and just skip to the part where we expect to be or where we expect others to be.

Today I want to talk about that messy middle part which is the frustration of acceptance.

Here’s what I will cover here

✅The best definition of acceptance

✅Why it makes sense and why it necessary to be in the frustrating messy middle

✅How acceptance alleviates suffering
