Show Notes

Day 3 of the NASCAR antitrust lawsuit began with NASCAR executive Scott Prime returning to the stand. Later, Front Row Motorsports owner Bob Jenkins provided witness testimony. During the proceedings, the jury had reactions to some of the questions asked, and with the jury out of the room, Judge Bell addressed NASCAR’s lawyers regarding two matters related to evidentiary orders.

Legal analyst Shannon McMinimee also joined the discussion to break down the day’s events.
