I interviewed Emily Long, M.Ed., who works in higher education and is passionate about the Learning and Development field. She shares wonderful reflections in this interview as she does frequently on LinkedIN. Emily shared many great ideas and this one quote stood out to me, "school needs to be looked at as an ecosystem and not a egosytem."
