Moonlit Beshimov is a seasoned gaming and technology leader with nearly 15 years of experience in the industry. She currently leads cross-Google gaming and social partnerships in the Americas and drives global strategic initiatives that bring together products and services across Google Play, Google Ads, YouTube, and Cloud to better serve top gaming partners. Prior to her current role, Moonlit led strategic partnerships at Google Play and held leadership positions in monetization and performance marketing at major gaming companies such as Scopely and Zynga. A Harvard College alumna (’10) and Harvard Business School graduate (’15), she is passionate about innovation, industry strategy, and advancing diversity in gaming and tech. Outside of her professional work, Moonlit serves on the board of Women in Games International and regularly speaks on leadership, industry trends, and empowering underrepresented voices in tech. Moonlit shares her love for the gaming industry and her passion to empower more women to be in tech. She also shares the importance to let go of perfection and to be brave to take imperfect action. Definition of Self Confidence

Self-confidence starts with self acceptance and self love.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Moonlit used to be afraid to speak up or speak in public due to her accent.  In middle school, one of her friends told her they could not be friends anymore due to her accent which led to this fear.

The “AHA” Moment

Moonlit fell in love with gaming in college and never left.  She realizes that half of the people who play games are women and wants to be the voice for it which led her to this career path.

Her Life After the Discovery of Self Confidence

Life is great for Moonlit.  She is also focused on utilizing AI for good in gaming.
