Jennifer Rasing is the Global Pan Asian Network (PAN) People & Business Resource Group Lead for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). A passionate scientist and leader for over 20 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, she is committed to championing and advancing equitable outcomes for all. She aims to empower the AANHPI workforce, promote diversity in healthcare, strengthen health equity and advance social justices for AANHPI patients and communities. Throughout her tenure at BMS, Jennifer has taken meaningful steps to provide a culture where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work. By fostering inclusion, she ensures every colleague, across diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences, is valued, respected, and feels a sense of belonging. Her commitment to an inclusive workplace that values diverse viewpoints has led to many successes, spanning across several facets of BMS culture.
