She founded Lush Décor in 2008, and has turned it into a hundred million dollar home decor company. Jenny traces her success to the many obstacles she faced growing up in a small rural village in China without electricity and emigrating to the U.S. in her twenties only able to speak a few sentences in English. Jenny shares her story of how she created her 9 figure business with no knowledge in her industry and learning to figure it out on the spot. She also shares her upbringing, the reason she became an entrepreneur.
