Victoria Paredes Herrera is a creative entrepreneur. She launched a consulting firm and boutique agency called Next Theory with the services of branding and concept development, marketing and communication strategy, and social media strategy and execution. Victoria is also the co-founder of She Talks Asia, women’s conference and media platform with the intention of sharing diverse women perspectives in the region. The pioneer conference held in March 2017 in Manila, Philippines, opened the door for fresh conversations for women’s issues in cultural identity, mental health, alternative careers, and spirituality. Victoria did not used to have the confidence that she has today. She shares how she was able to learn what was holding her back to feel true confidence to be her authentic self.
